Abstract
This Regulation defines the concrete conditions, restrictions and necessary sequence in fishing in specific fishing areas on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
Holders of permits for commercial and sport-recreational fishing are obliged to respect the rules here stipulated and must not interfere with each other (commercial fishing takes precedence over sports and recreational fishing).
