Regulation on conditions for the sale and storage of propagating material of agricultural plants.

This Regulation determines that seeds or propagating materials of agricultural plants can be sold at retail outlets only under the conditions here stipulated.
The marketing of agricultural seeds and propagating material may be carried out at the sale facility that ensures the preservation of the necessary quality of such agricultural plant seeds, especially in terms of purity, moisture, germination, origin.
These rules are also aimed at ensuring the effective authenticity of different possible varieties (type, variety and category), health status and other quality requirements, in a manner that provides protection against damage from sources of heat, radiation, mold and other.
