Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary contents (related to the facilities for production and marketing of food of animal origin on the territory of Montenegro) for the application and documentation to be submitted; official forms and other administrative requirements; manner of keeping official records and the procedure of registration in the Register of facilities for production and marketing of food of animal origin.
The Register of facilities for production and marketing of food of animal origin shall be kept as a official state Register of approved (authorized food production sites) establishments and Register of registered facilities.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
