Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on the protection from negative impacts of climate change, determines the content of the monitoring plan, procedures and methodology for monitoring emissions with the greenhouse gas effect from stationary plants. This monitoring plan contains the following: 1) general information about the plant; 2) description of the methodology, if the operator applies the emission monitoring methodology based on the calculation or measurement; 3) a description of the alternative monitoring methodology and a description of the written procedure used to analyze uncertainty of related data; 4) description of the methodology for monitoring nitrogen suboxide (N2O) emissions; 5) description of the monitoring methodology if the operator monitors the emission of perfluorocarbons from the primary production of aluminum; 6) description of the monitoring methodology if the operator carries out the transfer of inherent carbon dioxide, transport of carbon dioxide or nitrogen suboxide. The monitoring plan is given in Annex 1.
