Regulation on the content of reports on discharge (disposition) of municipal wastewater and biodegradable industrial wastewater.

This Regulation determines the necessary contents of reports of local authorities responsible for monitoring and reporting as regards the situation of wastewater discharges. Wastewater discharge status for agglomerations in local unit area or self-government is made annually and shall contain all data as indicated in article 2; for detailed contents of report on the discharge status of municipal wastewater for agglomerations see article 3 of this text.
Industrial waste discharge is also here aimed for milk processing, production of fruit and vegetables, production and bottling of soft drinks, potato processing, meat industry, production of beer, alcohol and spirits, production of animal feed from plant products, production of gelatine and glue from fur, skin and bones, production of malt and fish processing industry (see point 7 of article 2).
