Regulation on the content of reports on mercury sources and the method of keeping records on mercury storage.

This Regulation determines the content of the report on mercury sources and the manner of keeping records on mercury storage on the territory of Montenegro. The report on mercury sources aimed for economic entities-operating facilities engaged with sources of mercury and mercury compounds from the chlor-alkali industry, natural gas purification, mining and smelting of non-ferrous metals, shall be submitted to the administrative body competent for environmental protection and have to contain the data as listed in article 2. The records kept by the person conducting the temporary storage of waste containing mercury shall include all data listed in article 3. Records kept by the person carrying out the conversion and, if applicable, the solidification of waste containing mercury, have to contain the data provided in article 4. These reporting forms are given in the Annex of this text.
