Regulation the content of the request for registration of foreign varieties in the register of varieties and rootstocks.

This Regulation prescribes the form and content of the application for registration of foreign varieties in the register of varieties and rootstocks, and also defines various administrative requirements.
This Regulation also provides rules regarding the synonymous with variety, if under a different name, a specific variety is accepted in the member countries of the International union for the protection of new varieties, or by members of the European Union or of the European office of plant variety protection-Community plant variety office.
