Regulation on contents of the environmental impact assessment study.

This Regulation determines the detailed contents of official environmental impact assessment study, as in accordance with the provisions of article 18 of the national Law on environmental impact assessment (Official Gazette of Montenegro 75/2018).
This kind of environmental research-study shall contain the following elements, data, information and topics: general information about the developer or project holder; location description; project description; report on the current state of the environmental segments (for projects in areas of protected natural and cultural property, tourism and other complex engineering facilities); description of possible alternatives; description of environmental segments; description of potential significant environmental impacts of the project; description of the measures envisaged to prevent, reduce or eliminate significant adverse effects to the environment; designated environmental monitoring programme; information on possible difficulties encountered by the project developer during collection of data and related documentation; results of the implemented environmental impact on planned projects; additional information and project characteristics that were also used for determining the effective scope and content of the study; list of data sources.
