Abstract
This Regulation determines the contents, form and manner for submitting the application for issuance of integrated environmental permit or license as regards the territory of Montenegro.
The list of all necessary contents and information is present in the article 2 (including information on technological processes and other relevant pollution factors.
This type of integrated environmental permit is aimed for all facilities and/or industrial sites or any kind of activity that are considered as potentially harmful for environment.
