Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary animal welfare conditions (also effective physical and physiological needs of the species such as resting, sleeping) to be respected in terms of technical issues and equipment in vehicles for live animals transport (on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro).
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the Council Regulation (EC) No 1/2005 of 22 Decembar 2004 on the protection of animals during transport and related operations, also amending the Directives 64/432/EEC and 93/119/EC and Regulation (EC) No 1255/97.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
