Regulation on the detailed content, method of registration and maintenance of the Register of entities in organic production.

This Regulation prescribes the detailed content, methods for registration and maintenance, content of the application and lists all necessary documentation for registration in the Register of entities in organic production. The Register shall contain: 1) data on the applicant (name and registered office, or name and address); 2) type of production; 3) serial number of the producer's entry in the Register and date of entry; 4) number and date of the decision on the basis of which the entry was made; 5) data on the total size and structure of the farm and the basis of its use; 6) number and date of the decision on deletion from the Register; and 7) change of entered data. The form that shall be used for the entry into the Register of entities in organic production is given in the Annex of this text.
