Regulation on detailed contents of the documentation submitted among the request for determining the scope and content of environmental impact assessment studies.

This Regulation prescribes the detailed contents of the documentation that has to be submitted by the project developer among the request to determine the scope and content of its related environmental impact assessment study.
Contents of documents to be added among the authorization request are here listed: information on the developer; location description; project description; reporting on the current state of the environmental segments; description of possible alternatives; description of environmental segments, including population, human health, biodiversity, flora and fauna, soil, soil and organic matter and degree of erosion, water factors such as hydro-morphological changes, water quantity and quality, air, greenhouse gas emissions; material influences, cultural heritage, including possible architectural and archaeological aspects.
