Regulation on detailed contents of the documentation, which shall be submitted among the request for deciding on the possible need for elaboration of environmental impact assessment studies.

This Regulation prescribes the detailed contents of the documentation that has to be submitted by the project holder among the request for deciding on the possible need for elaboration of a specific environmental impact assessment study. See Annex which is part of this publication.
Some of the elements listed in the Annex 1 of this text are: relative representation, availability, quality and prospective of regenerative capacity of natural resources including soil, soil, water and biodiversity that are present of land interested by a specific project; reports and analysis on possible use of natural resources (such as energy, in particular soil, land, water and biodiversity); issues on waste generation and waste treatment technology, pollution, harmful effects and odors, including emissions into air, discharge into watercourses, land disposal, noise, vibration, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation, risk of accidents and/or major disasters relevant to the project, including those caused by climate change, in accordance with scientific knowledge; risks to human health (due to water or air pollution, etc).
