Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on the protection from negative impacts of climate change, prescribes detailed manner and indicates all necessary documentation for issuing permits to perform activities of installation, maintenance and/or repair as well as decommissioning of equipment and products containing ozone-depleting substances or alternatives substances. This Regulation applies to mobile and stationary refrigeration and air conditioning devices, including fire extinguishing systems.
