Regulation on drafting of the strategic environmental assessment report for the spatial-urban plan of the Municipality of Gusinje.

This Regulation officially decides to approach to the development of Strategic environmental assessment report as regards the spatial and urban plan of the municipality of local self-government Gusinje, situated on the territory of Montenegro.
This kind of spatial plan shall integrate the Montenegrin spatial plan until 2020, and is in relation with the National Sustainable Development Strategy until 2030 and other documentation with state and local level relevance.
The above mentioned report should give a special overview of all identified negative impacts, also by prescribing the necessary protection measures and recommendations for considering and selecting the best variant solution, and further, special attention should be on prescribing measures for protection of the area within the Prokletije national park and nature reserve, with the aim of preserving biodiversity, natural and cultural assets, protecting the land and preserving the natural landscape of the same.
