Abstract
This Regulation, with the aim of monitoring and developing the scientific and expert knowledge in the field of animal protection and welfare on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro, here officially states the establishment of the Council for the protection of animals.
The Council will consists of a president and six members, appointed for a five years period (some of the members are deriving from Food Safety Directorate, veterinary and phytosanitary technical commissions).
