Abstract
This Regulation defines the fees to be paid for phytosanitary inspection of plants, plant products and regulated articles, upon their introduction, export, re-export, transit and transfer from or on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
This text transposes the rules contained in the article 13d paragraph 1 and 2 and Annex VIII of Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and their spread within the Community.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
