Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the limits, number and capacity of agglomerations of communal wastewaters.
The limits of agglomerations are determined on the basis of concentrations of population or economic activities in a particular area in such municipal wastewater can be collected and discharged to the treatment plant for wastewater or to the discharge end point; geographical characteristics of the terrain; existing hydro-technical infrastructure; existing feasibility studies, project and planning documents; and willingness of local self-government units to collect, purify and discharge municipal waste water together with other neighboring local self-government units.
The limits of agglomeration and related maps are part of the Annex of this publication.
