Abstract
This Regulation, in order to prevent the introduction and spread of the red palm weevil Rhynchophorus ferrugineus on the territory of the Republic of Montengro, orders the implementation of urgent phytosanitary measures on susceptible plants such as: Areca catechu, Arecastrum romanzoffianum (Cham) Becc, Arenga pinnata, Borassus flabellifer, Brahe armata, Butia capitata, Calamus merillii, Caryota maxima, Caryota cumingii, Chamaerops humilis, Cocos nucifera, Corypha Gebang, Corypha elata, Elaeis guineensis, Howe forsteriana, Juba chilensis, Livistona australis, Livistona decipiens, Metroxylon carpet, Oreodoxa regia, Phoenix canariensis, Phoenix dactylifera, Phoenix theophrasti, Phoenix sylvestris, Sabal umbraculifera, Trachycarpus fortunei and Washingtonia spp.
