Regulation on internal organization of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on public administration, here determines the internal organization and systematization of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, including rules on relevant organizational units, their scope of work, positions, number of executors, job descriptions and conditions for their performance, deployment of civil servants and employment of trainees. The organizational units of the Ministry are: 1. Directorate for agriculture (Directorate for Plant Production and Inspection; Department of Plant Production; Inspection Department; Directorate of Animal Husbandry; Directorate for Quality Schemes and Land Policy; 2. Directorate for fisheries (Directorate for Resource Management and Fishing Fleet; Directorate for Monitoring and Inspection Supervision; Department for inspection supervision; Directorate for Structural Measures, Market and State Aid); 3. Directorate for water management (Water Management Directorate; Directorate for Monitoring and Evaluation); 4. Directorate for forestry, hunting and wood industry (Forestry Directorate; Directorate for Hunting; Directorate for Monitoring in Forestry and Hunting; Directorate of Wood Industry); 5. Payment directorate (Directorate for Administrative Affairs; Directorate for Regional Coordination; Directorate for Direct and Market Support; Directorate for Structural Support; Project Advertising and Authorization Department; Payment Authorization Section; Field Control Department; Directorate for Accounting, Budget and Payment Execution; Department of Accounting and Budget; Payment Execution Department; Directorate for IT and Agricultural Registers; IT Department; Department for the Register of Agricultural Holdings; Department of SIZEP; 6.
