Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions and manner for the correct, controlled, and animal friendly keeping, treatment and recovery, also treatment of lost animals and other necessary tasks all related to the pets as category and to the area of the Montenegrin City called Cetinje.
This text further prescribes the offences and necessary penalties (Chapter V, article 27 and 28).
