Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on maritime navigation safety, determines and provides the detailed list of vessel or ship documents, records, international certificates (including International management code for the safe operation of ships and for pollution prevention) and books that shall be checked during basic inspections as regards all foreign vessels (not fishing vessels).
