Abstract
This Regulation sets the rules for the effective supervision/monitoring of the sea traffic (on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro), additional rules as regards the information and maritime traffic management, aimed to directly improve the safety and efficiency of maritime traffic, and the consequential sea safety and preservation measures.
