Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the manner in which the records or minutes of performed production animals inspection (inspection reports).
This text list all necessary data and issues that have to be included in such reports. Production animals, for purposes of this Regulation, are animals bred or kept for production of food, wool, leather or fur. Inspection of production animals is carried out at the place of production, that is, at the place where these animals are kept or bred. Article 4 lays down the list of additional data to be included (in addition to those already indicated by the Montenegrin Law on animal welfare).
This text transpose the provisions of the Commission Decision 2006/778/EC of 14 November 2006 concerning minimum requirements for the collection of information during the inspections of production sites on which certain animals are kept for farming purposes.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing the sample of animal inspection reporting form).
