This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on spatial planning and construction of facilities, prescribes the manner of preparation and lists detailed contents of technical requirements and related documentation for complex engineering facilities engaged in the production and storage of explosive materials. The Annex is part of this publication (set of administrative forms and declaration sheets).
