Abstract
This Regulation prescribes various issues regarding the controlled and monitored production and marketing/trade with grapevine planting material on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
This Regulation further defines the inspection related matters, data collection and records, professional control rules, technical control provisions, certification issues, packaging and appearance of the declaration of quality/origin, and many more.
This text transposes the rules contained in the Directive 68/193/EECZ of 07 April 1968 on the marketing of material for the vegetative reproduction of the vine; Directive 2005/43/EC of 23 June 2005 amending Annexes to Directive 68/193/EEC on the marketing of material for vegetative reproduction of the vine; Commission Directive 2004/29/EC of 4 March 2004 on determining the characteristics and minimum conditions for inspecting vine varieties.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
