Abstract
This Regulation determines the categories, the method of packaging and labelling, specific conditions and manner of production and trade, form of record book on production, content and deadlines for submission of reports on completed expert supervision, various certification issues, additional quality terms, all regarding the vegetative parts for duplication and seedlings of vegetables.
This text transposes the rules contained in the Commission Directive 93/61 / EEC of 2 July 1993 which set limits that indicate conditions that must be met reproductive planting material of vegetables other than seeds, according to 92/33 / EEC (OJ L 250, 7 10th 1993); Commission Directive 93/62 / EEC of 5 May 1993 laying down measures for the implementation concerning the supervision and monitoring of suppliers and facilities in accordance with Council Directive 92/33 / EEC on in traffic vegetable planting material, other than seed (OJ L 250, 7. 10. 1,993th); Article 1 point 4 Council Directive 2003/61 / EC of 18 June 2003 amending Directive 66/401 / EEC on in traffic fodder plant seed, 66/402 / EEC on the in traffic of cereal seed, 68/193 / EEC on in traffic material for the vegetative reproduction of the vine, 92/33 / EEC on in traffic reproductive vegetable planting material, other than seed, 92/34 / EEC on in traffic reproductive fruit seedlings, 98 / 56 / EC concerning the placing in traffic reproductive material of ornamental plants, 2002/54 / EC concerning the placing in traffic beet seed, 2002/55 / EC concerning the placing in traffic vegetable seed, 2002/56 / EC concerning the placing of seed potatoes in traffic i2002 / 57 / EC concerning the placing of seed oil and fiber plant, given the comparative tests and ordeals of the Community (OJ L 165, 3. 7. 2,003th); Article 1 and Annex I of Directive 2006/124 / EC of 5 December 2006 amending Council Directive 92/33 / EEC on in traffic reproductive planting material and vegetable seedlings, other than seed and Council Directive 2002/55 / EC concerning the placing in traffic vegetable seed (OJ L 339, 6. 12. 2006).; Council Directive 2008/72 / EC of 15 May 2008 on putting in traffic reproductive and vegetable planting material, other than seed (OJ L 205, 1. 8. 2008); Commission Decision 2013/166 / EC of 2 April 2013 amending Council Directive 2008/72 / EC with a view to extending the derogations concerning the conditions for the import of reproductive vegetable planting material, other than seed, from third countries (OJ L 94, 4 . 4th 2013); Commission Directive 2013/45 / EC of 7 August 2013 amending Council Directive 2002/55 / EC and 2008/72 / EC and Directive 2009/145 / EC in connection with the botanical names of tomatoes (OJ L 213, 8 8 . 2013.
