Abstract
This Regulation sets the criteria (including various technical and administrative issues) to be adopted in case when an official investigation is needed in relation with marine accidents occurred and/or that have to be confirmed as effectively occurred (also on territorial waters, on the territory if the sea domain of the Republic of Montenegro).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
