Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the maximum national emissions for various types of pollutants and ozone precursors (such as sulfur (IV) oxide (SO2), oxides of nitrogen (NOx), volatile organic compounds and ammonia (NH3)) in order to promote and protect the environment and human health from the adverse effects of acidification, eutrophication and ground-level pollution and grounded ozone phenomena.
This Regulation and the provisions prescribed by the same will apply to all emission of polluting substances which have a concrete presence on the territory of Montenegro.
This Regulation does not apply to emissions that originate from: international maritime transport; and air traffic except for emissions that occur during landing and take-off cycle of the aircraft.
