Regulation on the method of announcing the arrival of a ship in a port and the departure of a ship from a port.

This Regulation prescribes the method of announcing the arrival of a ship in the port and the departure of a ship from the port, the forms of approval for free traffic with the coast and departure, and the forms of documents to be submitted by a ship intending to enter or leave the port (all forms are given in the Annex of this text). This Regulation does not apply to vessels used by state administration bodies and serving non-commercial purposes, and warships. Procedures for announcement of ship arrival are laid down in article 4. Ship departure announcement is determined by rules in article 5. Issues regarding the filing of application through the single national maritime window (portal) are given in article 6.
