Abstract
This Regulation here prescribes the method of keeping and the content of the application for entry in the register of exporters of non-hazardous waste. The application for entry in the register shall contain the following information: 1) the applicant-name of the exporter of non-hazardous waste (name and registered office, or name and address); 2) the method of waste generation (waste producer, waste collector, waste processor, waste disposer, waste trader or waste broker); 3) the location and method of waste storage before its export; 4) the insurance policy. Indicated reporting form is given in the Annex of this text.
