Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the manner of keeping records of the quantity and type of waste, the content and method of completing the waste transport logbook and forms, and the manner of compiling annual waste reports. Records of waste generation are defined in Article 3. Waste collection records are defined in article 4. Waste treatment records and related indications are given in article 5. The form and content of the waste transport form are closely defined in article 6. All indicated reporting forms are given in the Annex of this text. The manner for correct fulfilling of waste transport forms is provided in article 7. Annual waste report from the original waste producer and related details are prescribed in article 8. For annual waste report of waste collectors and annual waste report of waste processors see articles 9 and 10.
