Abstract
This Regulation provides for minimum technical requirements, necessary conditions and methods fir the categorization of establishments or households providing catering services in rural areas (Montenegrin rural households).
The rural household is a functional entity in the rural area, which is fulfilling minimum technical conditions for providing: service of preparation and service of hot and cold meals, drinks and beverages, wine and alcoholic and non-alcoholic service and tasting services of beverages, as well as other products from predominantly own production, common to rural areas where the farm is located.
The Annex is also part of this text (appearance of product labels; complete criteria lists; and samples of rural household graphic representation of indication boards or signs).
