Regulation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on small procurement procedure.

This Regulation prescribes the administrative manner and associate procedures as regards the public procurement of goods under the needs or scope promoted, authorized and financed or co-financed by the Montenegrin Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, in this text relevant to only small scale procurement, as defined in article 1.
This kind of public procurement shall be conducted in fair, economically efficient and transparent manner in accordance with related adopted principles.
