Regulation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development when conducting emergency procurement.

This Regulation prescribes the administrative manner and associate procedures as regards the public procurement of goods under the needs or scope promoted, authorized and financed or co-financed by the Montenegrin Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, when conducting emergency procurement of goods, in conditions where the above mentioned Ministry is not able to conduct the necessary procurement of goods in regular manner, that is generally prescribed by the Montenegrin Law on public procurement.
This kind of public procurement shall be conducted in fair, economically efficient and transparent manner in accordance with related adopted principles.
