Abstract
This Regulation sets out the precise reference methods for monitoring and evaluation of results of the quality and quantity analysis as regards the municipal effluent and biodegradable industrial wastewater discharge. Samples should be taken at the discharge point at wastewater treatment plants or discharge points, before mixing such effluent waste discharge with recipient water.
Article 2 lays down the necessary reference methods for general measuring and evaluating of results; minimum number of samples per year, location and manner for such sampling is defined in article 3 of this text; tolerances allowed in respect of the number of samples taken during the year are determined in article 4.
