Abstract
This Regulation here prescribes specific phytosanitary measures as equivalent requirements for the introduction of orange fruits Citrus sinensis Pers. originating from Israel into the territory of Montenegro, in order to prevent the introduction of the harmful organism Thaumatotibia leucotreta (Meyrick). Importation of orange fruits Citrus sinensis Pers. originating from Israel is closely regulated in article 4. This Regulation transposes the European Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1659 of 27 September 2022 on equivalent requirements for the introduction into the European Union of fruits of Citrus sinensis Pers. originating in Israel with regard to the risks posed by the harmful organism Thaumatotibia leucotreta.
