Abstract
This Regulation defines the necessary measures for eradication and suppression of pine wood nematode Bursaphelenchus xylophilus (Steiner et Buhrer) Nickle et al. on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette. The provisions of article 15 of this Regulation shall be effective from the date of accession of Montenegro to the European Union.
