Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on plant health protection, prescribes phytosanitary measures to prevent introduction and spread, detection and eradication of Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae Takikawa, Serizawa, Ichikawa, Tsuyumu & Goto (plant pest), the boundaries of the area if the harmful organism is present or where there is a risk of its presence on certain herbs (ive pollen and plants for planting, other than seeds, belonging to the genus Actinidia Lindl). This text also transposes the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/198 of 2 February 2017 as regards measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae Takikawa, Serizawa, Ichikawa, Tsuyumu & Goto.
