Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary phytosanitary measures aimed to prevent the introduction, spread and to eradicate the harmful organism called the genus Pomacea (Perry), including certain additional measures regarding specific herbs that are also indicated as potentially risky in relation to the above mentioned plant pest/disease.
This Regulation adopts the rules contained in the Commission Implementing Decision 2012/697/EU of 8 November 2012 regarding the measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of the genus Pomacea (Perry).
