Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the plant protection/phytosanitary measures aimed prevent the introduction and spread of the pest Aromia Bungii (Faldermann).
Detailed phytosanitary measures to be implemented when introducing certain plants are listed in article 3. For phytosanitary measures to be implemented when introducing certain trees, see article 4. Special supervision rules are listed in article 5. Rules on marked areas are in article 6. Specific phytosanitary measures for eradication of the pest object of this text are laid down in article 7. Pest control or pest suppression provisions are laid down in article 8.
This text tranpsoses the provisons contained in the Commission implementing decision (EU) 2018/1503 of 8 October 2018 establishing measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of Aromia bungii (Faldermann).
The Annex is part of this publication (containing the list of trees subject to these rules).
