Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the Montenegrin Law on plant health protection, prescribes necessary phytosanitary measures aimed to prevent the introduction and spread of Fusarium circinatum Nirenberg & O’Donnell (Gibberella circinata) on certain plants, as well as measures to detect, prevent the spread and control (inspections) such harmful organisms in the area where they are present or where there is a risk of their presence. Certain plants originating from countries that are not from the European continent can be imported into Montenegro only if they are accompanied by a phytocertificate which in the section “Supplementary statement" contains one of the statement listed in article 3. In this text, the contents of the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/2032 establishing measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of Fusarium circinatum Nirenberg & O’Donnell (formerly Gibberella circinata) and repealing Decision 2007/433/EC are been transposed.
