Abstract
This Regulation defines the categories of seed material of cereals, the method of packaging and labelling, also prescribing specific conditions and methods of production and marketing, methods of performing professional control, methods for delivering reports, certification issues, various technical issues, administrative forms and rules and other specific provisions all regarding the cereal’s seed/planting material (on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro).
This text transposes the rules contained in the Council Directive 66/402/EEC of 14 June 1966 on the marketing of cereal seed; Commission Directive 2009/74/EC of 26 June 2009; Commission Directive 2002/57/EC; Commission Directive 2012/1/EC of 6 January 2012; Commission Directive 2012/37/EU of 22 November 2012.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
