Regulation on the production and marketing of fodder plant seed.

This Regulation determines the categories, packaging and marking for forage seed material, including the necessary contents of the label, including several possible administrative and technical aspects relative to the production and marketing of fodder plant seeds and fodder planting materials.
Rules here listed shall apply to forage of genera and species as listed in article 2. Categories of fodder seed material are: pre-basic seed; basic seed; certified seed; certified seed of the first generation; certified seed of the second generation; commercial seed; seeds of local varieties (article 3).
