Regulation on the production and placing on the market of seed material of oilseeds and yarn plants.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on agricultural plant seeds, prescribes the categories, method of packaging and labelling of oilseeds and yarn plants planting materials, including the necessary manner and methods of performing expert control, content and deadlines for submission of related reports on such performed expert control, among content and application form for performing these expert controls. This text also sets the content and form of certificates on the recognition of these seeds and indicates the manner for record keeping.
