Abstract
This Regulation provides for official Montenegrin Programme of phytosanitary measures (approved for the year 2012).
This Programme shall establish measures aimed to provide the correct control over the: execution of public works regarding the plant health protection; safety of food of plant origin; GMOs; seed and planting material, plant protection and plant nutrition related activities; exercise of various laboratory tests; manner of performance of these operations; plan for the use of resources (budgeting) and conditions for the concrete (technical) implementation of measures provided by the Programme.
The complete programme is an integral part of this Regulation.
