Abstract
This Regulation hereby defines the ban on the introduction of specific plants here stipulated in order to prevent the introduction and spread of harmful organism Xylella fastidiosa (Well and Raju).
The ban is related also to planting material, originating from the region of Apulia (Puglia) Italy, region of Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur (Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur) and the island of Corsica (Corse, Corsica), France.
