Abstract
This Regulation defines the necessary quality standards and prescribes the correct manner of control over the effective quality of petroleum origin liquid fuels.
This text also determines the requirements for the accredited legal entities in relation to the conformity assessment, and data reporting issues.
Object of these provision is to offer a method for the complete cycle of control over the quality of petroleum products such as motor gasoline and gas oils, and liquefied petroleum gas (internal engines combustion as well as liquid fuels intended for the production of heat energy).
The Annex is also part of this publication (technical requirements; list of standards; administrative reporting form).
