Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on innovation activity, prescribes detailed conditions for the registration of subjects of innovation activity into the Register of innovation activities. This text also indicates conditions for verification of fulfillment of necessary obligations, manner of entry and deletion from the Register, as well as mandatory contents. Conditions for entry of a legal entity in the Register are laid down in article 4. Conditions for entry of a natural person in the Register are defined in article 5. The Annex is part of this publication (register form).
