Regulation on sport and recreational fishing at sea.

This Regulation determines the form of a permanent and temporary permit for sport and recreational fishing, the method of distributing the permit form, the amount of the fee for performing sport and recreational fishing, the quantity of fish that the holder of a sport and recreational fishing permit may catch during a day, the method, type and number of fishing tools and equipment that may be used in performing sport and recreational fishing, and the number and content of the sport and recreational fishing permit. Fees and related charges for recreational fishing at sea are listed in article 4. A permanent and occasional permit holder who is up to 18 years of age may engage in sport and recreational fishing at sea with fishing gear and equipment that are defined in article 6. Permit samples and reporting sheets are all given in the Annex of this text.
